Ashmead's Kernal

Description:
A high quality late dessert apple was raised in Gloucestershire by Dr Ashmead in about 1700.

Tasting Notes:
The oldest variety grown in our orchard with a flavour to match it’s pedigree.

An outstanding juice which is sweet yet a little acidic and highly aromatic.

This apple juice regularly wins at blind tasting events.

Available in 250ml and 750ml bottles.

Jonagored

Description:
A mid-season dessert apple discovered at Halen, Belgium by J.and R. Morren and introduced in 1985 from a sport of Jonagold.

Tasting Notes:
The flesh is a first rate coarse light yellow producing a very juicy and sweet flavour with a little tartness, a hint of vinousness and a whisper of honey.

Available in 750ml bottles.

Red Devil

Description:
This highly striking early dessert apple was raised by H.F. Ermen at Faversham in Kent in 1975 from Discovery x Kent. The apples are picked in late September when the fruit is sweet, juicy and crisp.

Tasting Notes:
This strikingly coloured red apple creates a wonderful pink juice which has an afternote of strawberries.

A very balanced drink with a mild flavour, sweet with a slight acidic bite.
